Super comfy stay with fab staff

Had a decent stay for 4 nights! The staff were super friendly and helped us out when we needed it. Breakfast was great, like a buffet with loads of choices. Our room was clean daily, which was nice. The only thing was that the room felt a bit old, could use a little sprucing up. But it was all good overall.

I had a lovely stay in a spacious Double Room Sea View with a great view of the sunrise. The location was perfect, only a 10-minute walk to the beach and town. Staff were friendly, and the room was very clean. Breakfast options were enjoyable. ☕

I had a wonderful stay with a beautiful sea view room that allowed me to enjoy the waves right from my balcony. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making my experience feel welcoming and warm. Although the shower could use a bit of maintenance to enhance the overall comfort, I truly enjoyed my time here.

While the view was great, the old narrow staircase left much to be desired, especially after a long day. The bathroom door was a hassle. it didn’t lock or close properly, which made for some uncomfortable moments. Ventilation in the bathroom was lackluster, leaving steam lingering in the room. a noisy fan didn’t help at all. A fridge would have been a nice touch, but it was noticeably absent. Windows needed a good washing as the dirt diminished the view’s impact.

The location was perfect, just steps away from the seafront and a short walk to the town center. Our room may have been small, but it was cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had great sleeps each night.

The stair carpets were a bit worn.

The hotel was great value for money. The staff were incredibly helpful. they even let me store my bags while I waited for my train, which was a lifesaver. Plus, I had this amazing view of the beach from my room.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but it all felt satisfactory for a brief stay.

The stay at the Lansdowne was quite enjoyable. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the beach, providing easy access to local attractions. The staff were exceptionally professional and attentive, assisting with any inquiries I had during my work-related visit. My room was well-decorated, clean, and spacious, creating a comfortable environment conducive for work and relaxation.

The Wi-Fi connection was slow at times, and I experienced minor noise disturbances from outside.

We had an awesome stay with friends! The location was perfect, and we explored the beach and local cafes. Our room was cozy and had a fantastic view. Just a heads up, some noise from outside can be a factor at night, but overall, it was a great experience.

One downside was the inconsistent cleaning. When we arrived, the shower was dirty. We expected better!
